Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked online. We do not accept walk-ins due to the way we need you to arrive. When booking your appointment, a credit card is required to hold your reservation. You are not charged anything at the time of booking. The card is held in the event that we must charge for our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your appointment at any time 3 days or more before your appointment time through the email and text messages you receive after booking. If you do not cancel your appointment within 48 hours before your start time, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment. *Cancelling your appointment before the 48 hour mark will not result in any charges.
If you cancel within 24 hours before your start time, or you “no call, no show” for an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service amount and will be subject to us requiring that you pay for any future appointments at the time of booking. This includes cancellations related to a positive Co-Vid test.
No Show Policy
Should you “no call, no show” for an appointment, you are responsible for 100% of the service fee and will be required to pay for any future appointments with The Curl Nook at the time of booking.
Pricing Policy
Appointment prices are as listed on the booking website. In certain situations, the price of your service may be adjusted to accommodate for improper preparation, necessary strengthening or hydrating treatments, etc. These increases, if applicable, will ALWAYS be communicated at the chair, before any action is taken, to ensure that you are not surprised with any extra charges at the end of your service.
Co-Vid 19 Procedures

We understand that Co-Vid is still out there. And even though we have done away with masking indoors, we do still understand that different people have different comfort levels. If you choose to wear a mask for added comfort in the suite, please feel free. You may ask your stylist to wear a mask if that is necessary.
If you have tested positive for Co-Vid before your appointment, we will have you reschedule your appointment for a date at least 2 weeks after you’ve tested positive. For example, if you test positive on the 1st of the month, we will require you to reschedule for a date AFTER the 14th of that month. This is to ensure that you have enough time to get over any residual symptoms, as well as keep your stylist healthy. Please keep in mind, your stylist may not be vaccinated due to personal health reasons. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding around this policy, as it is strictly enforced.

Guests
Due to the limited space within the suite, we do ask that you refrain from bringing any additional guests with you who are not being serviced at this time. If you do wish to come with a friend or family member, book back to back appointments or send us a message so that we are able to overlap you on the books!! That way, the two of you can come together and make a day of it! Minors are required to have a parent or guardian with them in the salon during their appointment.
